If you want to digitalize your shareholders, you can use whatever legal entity you prefer, up to 20 accounts (UBO's). With more than 20 accounts you will need one of the following legal entity's: Naamloze Vennootschap, Stichting Administratie Kantoor (STAK) or Coöperatie (COOP), you can request our standardized articles of association and the administrative rules.
