We have 2 different types of offerings an eyeventure can do. You can choose yourself what kind of offering you want, the eyeventure can either be public or private.
If you choose to make a public offering, everyone can invest in your eyeventure. There is no need for you to invite or accept individuals into your eyeventure page. You have no hand in who is able to invest in your company.
If you choose to make a private offering, only the people you accept into your eyeventure can see your eyeventure. You have full control over the people you accept and give the opportunity to invest. This is useful if you want to keep the pool of investors small and want only your friends and family as investors.
You could also combine this by first going live as an private offering and after a few days going live as an public eyeventure. This gives the possibility to first let your friends, family and bigger investors invest and later let the public join in.
