Owner of the marketplace
The marketplace of the eyeventure, is from the eyeventure itself. Eyevestor only delivers the platform to facilitate the eyeventure to digitalize.
Marketplace functionalities
If the eyeventure chooses to open the marketplace you are able to place buy- and sell- orders. Before you can make transactions on the marketplace you have to confirm your bank account and mobile phone, you can do so in your user profile. The sell- and buy- order are 2 different digital notice boards.
To sell your eyecons you just have to click on sell in your account, in your dashboard. If you know the person buying your eyecons, you can also use the direct sale option.
Buying eyecons can be done in 2 ways, you either bid on sell orders from other vestors or you make a buy order. A buy order is made in the marketplace, you decide the amount of eyecons you want to buy and for which price. Vestors willing to sell you those eyecons for that price can accept your offer, the moment you paid, you receive your eyecons.
You can find the sell orders under the "I can buy" environment of the platform, The buy orders under the "I can sell" environment of the platform.
The price of the shares can be motivated by the eyeventure, the eyeventure can set a price with a specific range. The so called market price of the eyeventure is usually the same as the price the eyeventure would set for another ECO round.
Example: Marketprice is set on €24 with the spread % of 20%. The minimal price is €19,20 and the maximum price is €28,80.
Users with marketplace notifications turned on, will receive an email when eyecons are offered for sale or a bid is made on a sell offer. The moment the sell order is visible in the marketplace other vestors can make bids on your sell offer, for every bid you will receive an email. If you see a offer you want to accept, you simply log in and accept the offer. The buyer will receive an email that his offer is accepted and is requested to pay. The buyer will pay Stichting Derdengelden Eyevestor and the seller will receive the money form Stichting Derdengelden Eyevestor, and the eyecons are allocated to the buyer. The process for the buy order is almost identical expect for the fact that vestors can't bid on your buy order.
The rate the sell order are bought depends on the eyeventure and their results. For some eyeventures the sell orders are immediately bought by other vestors, this also depends on the price the eyecons are offered for. Orders and bids without activity for 14 days will be cancelled and removed from the marketplace.
