If you have made transactions, your user cannot be deleted. By law we are obliged to keep your data for at least 5 years. Without transactions or without an account, you can delete User from your User Profile.

If you have an account in an Eyeventure you will first need to delete this. In your accounts folder you see it. Your account can not hold a position or pending transactions.

Then you click account and once in your account



You have a button delete
Then you have deleted your account




Then you go to your User profile 
in your User profile you can then delete your User
Confirm deletion 



Give your password to re-authenticate

Your User will get deleted
